Conditions of returns and exchanges
  • O’THINK must ensure that commodities are perfect before shipping. After receipt of goods, please be sure if the invoice corresponds with commodities in the package or not. If product damage has occurred due to a defect in product itself or caused by delivery process, please contact our staffs within seven days after receipt. Exchanges would depend on the actual circumstances.
  • Please be careful that consumption of product lifespan will be accelerated due to temperature and humidity problems if products are made by biodegradable materials. We are sorry that we would not take responsibility for dealing with this situation.
  • The actual color of commodities may have few differences from figures on the screen due to color differences between the monitor and the output. Please refer only to the actual specifications, sizes and color when purchasing.
  • After sales of new items, if the company's negligence (the wrong goods, shipping damage, defective goods, etc.) results in your return & replacement problem, O'THINK will bear your postage or the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
  • If returns and exchanges are needed, please contact us.
  • All products must be returned in the new, unused condition. Please return the invoice together with main goods to MINIMA (Minima Technology Co. Ltd.), and conduct return process after the goods confirmation. MINIMA’s address: NO.33, Yichang E. Rd., Taiping Dist., Taichung City, Taiwan

 

Precautions before ordering
  • After submitted, your order may be delayed due to out of stock or any other reason before delivery. We apologize for this situation if happen.
  • Because of purchasing merchandises through the computer monitor, the color and texture of products on the screen may differ slightly from those of the actual product due to several factors such as the chromatic aberration or the resolution of the personal computer screen. We regret to inform you that the above situation will not be accepted for returns. Please double check before ordering. (including if the product size is appropriate or not).
  • After O'THINK send you a notification about the payment, if your payment hasn’t been received within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Orders sent by customers on Saturdays and Sundays will be dealt with on the next Monday.
  • The date of arrival will be informed by email. If you need to change the delivery address, telephone number and date of arrival, etc., please contact us three days before your arrival date. You cannot change them after the deadline.
  • Because the delivery fee varies depending on the shopping amount and the delivery area, please do not pay the delivery fee before our staffs of O’think confirm with you.
